Joe is the Veteran’s Advocate for Atlantic and ocean Counties. His duty is to assist
Veterans in initiating their claims to the VA and starting the process of submitting the
paperwork necessary for the entire process. Right now, Joe is focusing on our Detachment.
The Marines in 194 will be his pipeline to Veterans who need help. Joe’s contact number is
